  • People who are intoxicated, under the influence of medication or psychotropic substances (illegal or not) or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by the pilot are prohibited on board, without any refund being claimed.
  • People who have had a recent operation or have problems with their back, hip, knees, … must be aware of the risks of shocks which can be significant during landing, and are therefore prohibited on board unless there is a medical exemption and release from liability towards the pilot, his crew members, the Belgian Balloon Club, and any other person participating or involved in the activity.
  • In the event of medical treatment, ask your doctor for possible contraindications

In the event of concealment of any of these elements, or failure to inform the pilot in writing before take-off, neither the pilot and his crew, nor the Belgian Balloon Club, nor the other passengers can be held responsible for any complication.

  • The pilot is the sole judge to authorise or not a person to take a seat on board.
