What could be more natural than wanting to take your children for an exceptional experience. Note, however, that…

  • Children must be old enough to understand and apply the safety instructions and the pilot’s instructions.
We recommend that they be at least 10 years old.
  • In order to enjoy the flight, they must be more than 1.20m tall , otherwise they would not see anything over the edge of the basket.
  • It is forbidden to lift or hold a child in your arms during the flight.
  • I strongly recommend that young children have already witnessed a hot air balloon take off, and that they are interested in making a flight.
  • In addition, minor children and teenagers travelling without one of their parents (or legal guardians) must provide the pilot with a signed permission to board the aircraft from one of the parents (or legal guardians). This authorisation will include the surnames, first names, address, marital status, family relationship, mobile phone number of the signatory and the child. Without this document, the minor will NOT be able to board.
  • Minor children must be accompanied by an adult who has authority over them, and knows how to manage their small or large anxieties.

We strongly recommend that young children have already witnessed a hot air balloon take off: the volume and noise of the burner can impress the youngest.
