• A flight usually lasts an hour. The duration of the flight may be shortened or extended by decision of the pilot. This is usually done for reasons of safety or the protection of property and people, but the pilot is the sole judge of his decision.
  
• If the flight is not feasible or if the flight duration has to be reduced due to inappropriate behaviour or long delay of one or more passengers, the full amount of the flight is due.
  
• There is no minimum duration for flights offered by the pilot, the Belgian Balloon Club, or their sponsors, nor for flights organised as part of a balloon gathering.
  
• For other flights, if the flight duration is less than 30 minutes due to element(s) unrelated to the behaviour of one or more passengers, a new flight will be rescheduled at no additional cost to passengers.
  This new flight will not have a minimum duration to respect.
